i found the staff especially warm, they gave such lovely welcomes. the hotel provided parking, a very helpful thing as i rented a car. breakfast seemed like a treat, full of fresh things and endless coffee.
the air conditioner in my room hummed too loudly. the soundproofing wasn't very good, trams sounded so near, like the windows were open.

The hotel location was fine, a reasonable distance from attractions.
The room felt dated. I suspect it hadn't been updated since the early 2000s, if I had to guess. I asked for an iron, but was told they didn't have any available, not very helpful. The breakfast selection was disappointing, not what I expected for the price.

the location was acceptable near public transport
my room was disappointing the bed felt hard i also noticed the sheets seemed old with a slight yellow tinge the air conditioning didn't function properly making the night uncomfortable i hope they address these issues soon
